Pine Cleaning is an in-home couch, sectional, chair, area rug and mattress cleaning service in Denver, Colorado, operated by ROZIKOV LLC. We come to homes within 50 miles of central Denver. A 3-seat sofa is $182, a queen mattress $105 and an 8 × 10 ft rug $138, with a $120 visit minimum. Prices are estimates, confirmed on site before work starts.

Rugs larger than 9 × 12 ft, and specialty rugs, are quoted separately. We do not clean wall-to-wall carpet.

How much will my visit cost?
Choose the item and size to see the estimate. A 3-seat sofa is $182 and a 6-seat sectional is $248. The standard minimum is $120 per visit. After an on-site inspection, the price may change if we find additional cleaning or treatment is needed. We explain and agree any extra cost with you before starting that work.
Do you clean wall-to-wall carpet?
We clean removable area rugs, upholstered furniture and mattresses. We do not offer wall-to-wall carpet cleaning. Choose Rugs and tell us the size and material of your area rug.
Can you help with pet hair, food spills and urine?
Yes. Choose pet hair, spot and stain, or pet odor treatment for each item when you book. Tell us what happened, how old the stain is and what has already been applied. We assess the material and depth, explain the likely result and agree on any extra cost before treatment. Old stains, damage or urine that has reached padding may not be fully removable.
Can you remove every stain?
No cleaner can guarantee every stain will disappear. Fabric damage, dye loss and old treatments can be permanent. Tell us what happened and what has already been applied so we can set realistic expectations.
How long does drying take?
Drying depends on the material, cleaning approach, airflow and humidity. Ask for a drying estimate for your specific item and follow the technician’s guidance before using it.
Can I book my clean online?
Yes. Choose your items and any extra care, pick an open day and arrival time, and leave your name, email, phone and address on Pine’s booking page. No payment now. Website prices are estimates; any additional work found on site is agreed with you before it starts.
