What to tell us
What happened, how old it is, and what has already been applied. A photo of the spot and of the care label helps. We use it to set realistic expectations before the visit.
What we cannot promise
No cleaner can guarantee every stain or odor disappears. Fabric damage, dye loss, old treatments and urine that reached the padding can be permanent. We explain the likely result before treatment, and extra cost is agreed with you first.
Couches and chairs
We assess the fabric, the affected area and the depth. Tell us what spilled and which products you have already used. Couch cleaning and upholstery cleaning.
Rugs
Mention the backing, repeated accidents and earlier products. Odor or staining that reaches the backing or the material underneath may not be fully removable. Rug cleaning.
Mattresses
How the mattress is built and how deep the liquid went decide the result, so complete stain or odor removal is not promised. Mattress cleaning.

Can you remove pet urine from a couch, rug or mattress?
We treat it, and we are honest about the result. Choose pet odor treatment when you book and tell us what happened and how old it is. We assess the material and how deep it went, explain the likely result and agree the cost before we start. Old stains, damage or urine that has reached the padding, backing or inside of a mattress may not be fully removable.
How much does pet odor treatment cost?
Pet odor treatment is guided at $50 to $120 per item, spot and stain treatment at $25 to $75 and pet hair removal at $20 to $60. They are added to the price of the item itself and priced on site after we assess it. You approve the cost before treatment.
What should I tell you about the accident?
What happened, how long ago, whether it was a one-time accident or keeps happening, and what has already been put on it. Photos of the spot and the care label help. It lets us set realistic expectations before the visit.
Can you guarantee the smell will be gone?

My pet is home during the visit. Is that a problem?
Tell us in advance about pets, stairs, parking and building entry so the visit can be planned properly.
Do I pay before you treat the spot?
No. Nothing is paid when you book online, and extra work found or agreed on site is priced with you before it starts. You pay after the work.
